A Dog's Life
This weekend was crufts at Birmingham NEC. I was very much looking for to collecting money and promoting the fantastic charity Dogs For Good. I love the attention that Maggie gets, it's probably a good job that i'm not allowed to enter Maggie. I'm sure that she would melt the judges heart, it just wouldn't be fair on the other pooches!
I was considering going for two nights, but in the end I was persuaded that it would be too busy and intense for Maggie.
This meant that I could watch the six pointer at the John Smiths Stadium, Huddersfield v Swansea. This game was spoiled after 10 minutes, a Swansea player made a reckless tackle and got himself sent off. The rest of the match was like a training drill, attack v defence. I can't remember seeing such a one sided match but sadly Huddersfield came very close but they just couldn't make the net bulge!
Perhaps I shared their frustration, as I had a massive meltdown when the children wouldn't do as they were asked?
